1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use this website and the AI image generation tools we provide (the "Service"). When you create an account or use the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Independent Service
The Service is run independently. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other model provider. Model names are used only to describe the technology available through the Service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@nano-banana21.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
4. Credits and Payments
- Generating images uses credits. The number of credits each task needs is shown in the product and may change over time.
- Credits come from free grants, one-time credit packs, or subscriptions. Free and promotional credits may expire.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, except as stated in the Refund Policy.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a generation fails, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically.
6. Your Content and Uploaded References
You keep any rights you have in the prompts, images, and other files you upload ("Inputs") and in the images you create ("Outputs"), as far as the law allows. You give us a limited permission to store and process your Inputs and Outputs only to run, secure, and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights needed for any reference images you upload, including permission from any people shown in them.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create illegal content, or content that sexualizes minors;
- harass, defame, or impersonate real people, or make misleading images of them without consent;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
- spread malware, abuse our systems, get around usage limits, or scrape the Service;
- resell access to the Service without our written approval.
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
AI output can be wrong, unexpected, or similar to content made for other users. Outputs are provided "as is." Check every result before you publish or rely on it, including any text, logos, or likenesses it contains. You are responsible for how you use your Outputs.
9. Availability and Changes
Features, models, and credit prices may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date above. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if the law requires it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law says otherwise.
