This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the Service. The Service is run independently and is not affiliated with Google.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and profile image if you sign in with a third-party provider.
- Content: your prompts, uploaded reference images, and the images you generate.
- Billing information: your order history, credit balance, and subscription status. Stripe processes card details, and we never receive your full card number.
- Usage and device data: log data, browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies needed for sign-in and preferences.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to run the Service, process generations and payments, manage credits, prevent fraud and abuse, answer support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI Providers and Other Service Providers
To create images, we send your prompts and references to the AI model providers that run the model you choose. We also use providers for hosting, storage, email, analytics, and payments (Stripe). They may only process your data to provide their services to us.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is open and as long as the law requires afterward. You can delete generated images from your account. Deleted content may stay in backups for a limited time.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to some processing. To make a request, email support@nano-banana21.com. You can turn off non-essential cookies in your browser.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date above.
